Even if it is formed, the machine is worn out, the grinding disk press wheel skin needs to be replaced in time, the mold can only be used once, and the follow-up cost is very high; then the flat die pellet mill adopts three conical press wheels with a complete steel structure, a large shaft in the middle, and a special heat-treated grinding disk below. The rotation of the grinding disk drives the rotation of the above three press wheels, with adjustable pressure, stable output and high density of pellets, which can be used on the front and rear sides of the grinding disk.
