Analysis Of The Principle Of Feed Extruder

1. Pressure increase
The feed extruder sends feed with high water content into the extrusion chamber, and then uses a screw propeller to subject it to high pressure. In the extrusion chamber, the water content of the feed gradually evaporates, the volume gradually expands, and the pressure increases. When it reaches a certain value, the feed is squeezed into the die hole.
2. Extrusion process
When the feed passes through the die hole, it faces extremely high temperature and pressure. Under such a high temperature and high pressure environment, the water and oil inside the feed expand rapidly, and the feed produces a violent physical reaction. Through such a reaction, the nutrients such as starch and protein in the feed are released and fully mixed to form a more digestible state.
3. Decompression and cooling
After the extrusion process, the feed enters the decompression chamber, the pressure decreases rapidly, and it is cooled by a sprayer, so that the volume of the feed becomes smaller, the shape tends to be stable, and part of the water evaporates again.

The puffing process of the feed puffing machine
The puffing process of the feed puffing machine refers to the rapid expansion of the feed through high temperature and high pressure, and the release of useful nutrients inside it. It specifically includes the following steps:
1. The feed is added to the puffing chamber and pressurized by the screw propeller;
2. The pressure gradually increases, the steam is gradually released, and the volume of the feed gradually expands;
3. The feed enters the mold hole. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the water and oil inside the feed expand rapidly, resulting in a violent physical reaction;
4. During the process, the nutrients such as starch and protein in the feed are released, forming a more easily digestible state;
5. After puffing, the feed enters the decompression chamber, the pressure is reduced, and some water is released again. At the same time, the cooler is used to reduce the volume of the feed and stabilize its shape.
