1. Raw material pretreatment: Raw material pretreatment is a key step to ensure the quality of fermented feed. This includes operations such as cleaning, crushing, proportioning and heating of raw materials to provide a suitable fermentation environment and nutrient matrix.
2. Fermentation treatment: After pretreatment, the raw materials enter the fermentation treatment link. During the fermentation treatment, an appropriate amount of microbial fermentation agent is added, and the temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions are controlled to enable the microorganisms to grow and metabolize beneficial bacteria, produce enzymes and other beneficial substances, and further improve the nutritional value and digestibility of the feed.

| Model | Capacity | Power | Dimension | Weight |
| 125 | 80-100kg/h | 3kw | 110*35*70 cm | 95 kg |
| 150 | 120-150kg/h | 4kw | 115*35*80cm | 100 kg |
| 210 | 200-300kg/h | 7.5kw | 115*45*95cm | 300 kg |
| 260 | 500-600kg/h | 15kw | 138*46*100cm | 350 kg |
| 300 | 700-800kg/h | 22kw | 130*53*105cm | 600 kg |
| 360 | 900-1000kg/h | 22kw | 160*67*150cm | 800 kg |
| 400 | 1200-1500kg/h | 30kw | 160*68*145cm | 1200 kg |
3. Drying treatment: The fermented feed needs to be dried to reduce humidity and extend the shelf life. Common drying methods include airflow drying, drum drying, etc., and suitable drying equipment can be selected according to actual conditions.
4. Packaging: The dried feed is packaged to ensure its quality and hygienic safety. The packaging can be made of woven bags, plastic bags or other suitable packaging materials, and weighing, sealing and labeling operations can be performed as needed.
