How to solve the problems of excessive noise and vibration in animal feed pellet mill machines?

First, check the placement of the feed pelletizer. If the pelletizer isn't level, it will vibrate as soon as you start it. Place a level on top of the machine. If the air bubbles aren't centered, adjust the bottom support feet. Use metal shims to level any high spots until it's stable. This is the basic solution to vibration.
Next, adjust the concentricity of the pressure roller and ring die of the animal feed making machine. If they're not concentric, they will collide and produce noise during rotation. After stopping the machine, manually rotate the ring die while observing the contact between the pressure roller and the die. If some parts are tight and others are loose, loosen the pressure roller's fixing screws and slowly adjust its position until the resistance is even when rotating the ring die without any jamming. After adjustment, tighten the screws firmly to prevent loosening.
Uneven feeding can also cause vibration. If the amount of raw material varies, the pressure roller will wobble due to uneven force. Set the feed speed controller to a constant speed setting. If manual speed adjustment is unstable, switch to an automatic feeding device to ensure the raw material enters the machine cavity evenly. Additionally, check if the bearings are lacking lubrication. Insufficient lubrication will cause friction noise; adding sufficient lubricant will significantly reduce the noise. Once properly adjusted, the pellet making machine for animal feed should operate with a uniform sound, and you should only experience slight vibrations when you place your hand on the machine.
