How Does A Feed Pellet Mill Work?

                       The working principle of feed pellet mill mainly involves the loading, pressing and maturing process of raw materials. The following is a detailed description of its working principle: the raw material is loaded into the silo, and after the transportation of the feed extruder screw, the relative density of the pellet material increases exponentially, and then it is sent to the two extruder rollers to bite into the corner, and according to the horizontally placed or vertically placed pressure rollers, the raw material is extruded into flakes. The main shaft rotates under the push of motor or diesel engine, which drives the pressure rollers to rotate, and the raw material is cooked at high temperature between the pressure rollers and the die plate, and then discharged from the die holes under the extrusion of pressure rollers to form pellets.

                       During the pressing process, moderate moisture and temperature can enhance the plasticity of the feed and form uniform and appropriate density pellets. The pressure and friction inside the feed pellet mill extrudes the feed ingredients into pellets, making them easy to store, transport and eat.
