Feed pellet machine
Feed pellet machine is a mechanical equipment specially used for feed pelleting. It can directly press corn, soybean meal, straw, grass, rice husk and other crushed materials into granular feed. According to the type of mold, it can be divided into ring die feed pellet machine and flat die feed pellet machine; according to the purpose, it can be divided into small household pellet feed machine, poultry feed pellet machine, fish feed pellet machine, etc.; and according to the production method, there are straw feed pellet machine, wheat bran feed pellet machine and other subdivisions.

The press wheel of the feed pellet machine is a key component used in the feed pelleting process. Its function is to press the raw materials and additives in the feed slurry into pellets of consistent specifications through extrusion and friction. When using the feed pellet machine for feed pelleting, the quality of the press wheel has a direct impact on the pellet forming effect and the quality of the finished product.
The material of the press wheel of the feed pellet machine is generally high-strength, high-wear-resistant alloy steel, and common materials are 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, etc. These materials have high hardness and good wear resistance, which can ensure that the feed pellet machine is more stable and reliable in operation.

The materials commonly used for pellet mill grinding discs are as follows:
1. High-speed steel: High-speed steel has low cost and is suitable for small and medium-sized pellet mills, but its service life is relatively short and it is easy to rust.
2. Chromium-molybdenum alloy steel: Chromium-molybdenum alloy steel has high strength and good wear resistance, and is suitable for pellet mills with medium power.
3. Cast steel: Cast steel has a solid texture and is suitable for high-power pellet mills. However, the cost of cast steel is relatively high and it is prone to surface defects.
4. Stainless steel: Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for pellet mills with high requirements for pellet mill product quality.
We use stainless steel, which is strong and durable.
