Before feeding, please pay attention to the hard debris in the raw materials. In particular, hard objects such as stones and iron blocks must be prevented from entering the silo to avoid damage to the machine.
For users who use the feed pellet machine for the first time, the machine needs to be run-in. Sawdust can be mixed evenly with engine oil and run-in with oil for 30-60 minutes until the surface of the grinding disc is smooth. After that, the raw materials can be put in normally for pelleting.
In the pelleting process, the water content of the raw materials is also a key factor that needs attention. Generally, the moisture content of the raw materials should be controlled at about 10% to ensure the quality and molding effect of the pellets.
In addition, the pellet machine needs regular maintenance during operation. The oil filling hole on the universal joint should be refueled once every 8 hours of operation, and 2-3 drops of oil should be added each time. This helps to keep the machine lubricated and extend its service life.
Finally, after using the pellet machine, be sure to clean the machine in time.
