Factors affecting pellet length

In actual production, feed producers need to select the appropriate die speed according to different feed types, and achieve this by adjusting the transmission ratio of the pellet mill's transmission system. Reasonable adjustment of these key factors can effectively control the length of pellets to meet sales and breeding needs.
(1) During operation, do not put your hands into the machine to avoid danger.
(2) Before each use, please check whether all parts of the machine are normal. If there is any abnormality, repair or replace it in time.
(3) During the granulation process, if there is a blockage, do not forcefully knock the machine. Stop the machine for inspection and troubleshoot.
(4) After the granulation is completed, please clean the machine in time to keep it clean and hygienic.
