After starting the machine, it should be idle for a few minutes to observe whether the equipment has abnormal sounds or vibrations. After idling normally, gradually add a small amount of feed raw materials, adjust the gap between the roller and the mold and the position of the cutter, so that the pellets are well formed.
During the production process, the dryness and humidity of the feed raw materials should be kept moderate, generally 13%-15%. Too dry or too wet will affect the quality and output of the pellets. At the same time, the formula of the feed raw materials should be kept uniform to avoid large pieces or foreign matter blocking the mold holes.
