Hard (metal) debris should be removed from the materials processed by the straw feed pellet machine to avoid damage to the machine and cause accidents. During the processing, it is strictly forbidden for the operator to put his hand into the transmission parts and pelletizing chamber to prevent accidents. Check the wear of the mold roller regularly and adjust, replace or repair it if necessary. If the pelletizer needs to be checked, the power supply must be cut off to ensure safety. The motor must be installed with a ground wire to avoid accidents.

How to deal with the straw feed pellet machine not producing oil
1. First clean the residual material between the main shaft and the rotor of the feed pellet machine.
2. Clean the filter in the feed pellet machine oil filter.
3. Remove the feed pellet machine refueling grease block, insert compressed air into the oil hole, and clean it with a hollow pipe of diameter (effective length).

4. Clean the oil in the oil hole, and then clean the oil barrel of the refueling pump.
5. Clean the feed pellet machine grease block, install the grease block, start to oil with a bucket of new oil, and check whether the refueling part is leaking. Check whether the oil seal at the rear end of the rotor is leaking oil, and replace the oil seal if necessary.
6. After refueling for ten minutes, turn on the machine for about five minutes, then stop the machine until the spindle is cleaned with new oil.
