1. High pelleting efficiency and adaptability to scale: A single machine can produce 0.5-10 tons of pellets per hour, meeting the processing needs of both small and medium-sized farms and large-scale feed mills, with outstanding batch processing capabilities.
2. Stable and controllable pellet quality: By adjusting the ring die aperture (which determines pellet diameter) and compression ratio (which determines pellet hardness), pellets of varying sizes can be produced. The pellets have a high density (1.1-1.3 g/cm³), are non-breakable, and are easy to store and transport.
3. Improved feed safety and utilization: Combined with steam conditioning, high-temperature treatment at 80-90°C kills over 90% of Salmonella and mold spores in the raw materials.
