Specifically, the powder first enters the feeding auger, and the flow is accurately controlled by the stepless speed regulation motor. Then, the material enters the agitator, mixed with steam and tempered by the stirring rod. If molasses or oil needs to be added, it is added together with steam, but the amount of oil added must be controlled within 3% to ensure the formation of particles. The temperature of the conditioned powder can reach 64-85℃ and the humidity is 14-16%. Then, after the iron impurities are removed by the chute and the optional iron absorption device, it enters the pressing chamber for pelleting.

Powdered feed and grass meal can be pelletized with little or no liquid added, so the moisture content of the pelleted feed is basically the same as that of the material before pelleting, which is more conducive to long-term storage.

The dry material processing method ensures high hardness, smooth surface and good internal maturation of feed pellets, thereby improving the digestibility and absorption rate of nutrients.
