The 200-800 kg/h Dry-Type Extrusion Production Line is a complete turnkey solution designed for small and medium-sized feed processors, as well as start-up feed manufacturers. It is widely used for producing floating fish feed pellets, pet food, and other extruded feed products.
Based on advanced dry extrusion technology, the Fully Automatic Fish Feed Production Line eliminates the need for steam conditioning during the extrusion process, reducing initial investment costs and simplifying operation. The core extruder is equipped with a precision screw extrusion system that uses mechanical shear force and frictional heat generated inside the barrel to thermally process raw materials, denature proteins, and gelatinize starches.
During extrusion, the conditioned material is compressed and forced through the die under high pressure. The rapid pressure drop at the die outlet causes the material to expand, producing uniform pellets with stable structure, consistent size, and good water stability.
