What are the repair options for Animal Feed Pellet Production Line?

The first step in the overall troubleshooting is to check the indicator lights and circuit breakers on the main control cabinet of the poultry feed pelletizing line. If the main circuit breaker trips, first disconnect all branch switches, then close the main switch and close each branch switch one by one. If the main switch trips again when closing a branch switch, it indicates a short circuit fault in that feeder. If the main control cabinet displays a "motor overload" alarm, check the thermal overload protector of the main motor. After pressing the reset button, manually rotate the drive wheel of the feed line. If it is difficult to rotate, it indicates internal blockage in the feed line.

Local fault handling needs to be done in sections: Blockages in the feed pelletizing production line often occur at corners and feeding ports-poultry feed pellets (3-5mm) easily accumulate on the chain or auger at corners, and long-term neglect can lead to blockages. To handle this, first open the access door at the corner, use a pry bar to move the chain or auger, and clear the accumulated feed. If the chain is jammed, adjust the tension wheel, loosen the chain, clean it, and when re-tensioning, ensure the chain sag does not exceed 2cm. Motor failure is another major cause. If the motor makes a "humming" sound but doesn't rotate, touch the motor casing; if it's too hot (above 60℃), it indicates the motor is stalled and burned out. It needs to be replaced with a three-phase asynchronous motor of the same power (usually 1.5-3kW). When replacing, ensure the motor shaft and drive pulley are aligned to prevent the drive belt from running off-center.

High-efficiency recovery techniques for large-scale farming: Equip 1-2 portable emergency feeders for temporary supplementary feeding during malfunctions; establish a segmented responsibility system for the feeding line, assigning dedicated personnel to inspect each segment daily, focusing on cleaning feed residue at corners and ends; perform comprehensive lubrication of the feeding line chains, bearings, and tension pulleys monthly using dust-resistant calcium-based grease to ensure smooth transmission.
