A floating fish feed production line is like a relay race; each link must keep up to run fast. First, consider the raw material pretreatment stage. The crusher and batching machine must be integrated. As soon as the crusher finishes grinding a batch of material, the batching machine must immediately receive and mix it. Don't let the ground material pile up on the ground, taking up space and becoming damp. A conveyor belt can be installed between the crusher and batching machine, allowing the ground material to be transported directly, saving time on manual handling.

Next, consider the connection between pelleting and cooling. The hot pellets, freshly pressed, must immediately enter the cooler. If they are piled up to cool, it will not only delay the next batch of pellets but also affect the cooling effect. The discharge port of the pelletizer and the inlet of the cooler can be aligned and connected with a chute. The pellets slide directly into the cooler, and the cooler's fan should be running at full speed to lower the pellet temperature to room temperature. This allows them to quickly enter the screening stage without waiting for further cooling.

Finally, the coordination between screening and packaging is crucial. Qualified particles screened out by the screening machine should not be left to accumulate before packaging; a dedicated person should monitor the process and bag each batch as it is screened. Packaging machine parameters should be pre-set, for example, 20 kg per bag. Once the weight is fixed, repeated adjustments are unnecessary, significantly increasing packaging speed. Furthermore, workers in each stage should have clear divisions of labor to avoid some stages being overwhelmed while others are idle. Good coordination can improve the overall line efficiency by over 30%.
