Other bearing parts should be filled with grease regularly.
During the disassembly and assembly of the screw, screw sleeve and other wearing parts, it is strictly forbidden to use hard objects and heavy hammers. It is strictly forbidden to place heavy objects or stand on the puffing chamber. Imported pump valve.
The puffed raw materials should be cleaned to prevent metal and other foreign objects from entering the machine and damaging the machine parts.

Before the operation of the puffing machine, the machine head, movement, lead screw and other components should be removed. It is extremely important to carefully clean the rice dirt and oil stains on the movement and lead screw, dry them after cleaning, and reassemble them.
When the nozzle cannot spray out the formed product at the initial stage of the puffing machine operation, it is often caused by the nozzle temperature being too high. The reason is that the raw material is too dry, there are foreign objects in the spiral groove, or the feeding is interrupted. The cause should be found and the fault should be eliminated according to different situations.

When the spiral groove of the extruder is found to be blocked, do not stop the machine immediately. Instead, stop feeding and run it for a while until there is a burning smell before stopping the machine. This can prevent the nozzle and spiral sleeve from being stuck. If the nozzle and spiral sleeve are stuck and cannot be removed, do not hit them hard. You can remove them from the machine body and burn them in the fire for a while before removing them.
After the operation is completed and feeding is stopped, let the machine run idle for 1 minute, and stop the machine after draining all the materials in the machine. Then remove the nozzle and spiral sleeve while it is hot, flush out the spiral shaft, remove the residue in the extruder, and dredge the spray hole for reuse. Note: Wear gloves when disassembling the machine to prevent burns.
