Poultry (especially chicks and ducklings) have delicate digestive systems and are less susceptible to harmful microorganisms such as Salmonella and E. coli in raw materials. The core process of the poultry pelleting line, "high-temperature conditioning + pelleting," eliminates over 90% of harmful microorganisms (Salmonella kill rate ≥95%) through continuous high temperatures, effectively eliminating the "ingestion" pathway for disease. Furthermore, the closed processing flow (raw material cleaning → crushing → mixing → pelleting) prevents feed contamination from dust and impurities, reducing the incidence of intestinal diseases (such as pullorum) and respiratory diseases (dust-induced infectious bronchitis) in poultry, and increasing chick survival rates by 3%-5%.
