Feed extruder, also known as floating fish feed extruder, is used to process sinking and floating aquatic feed for dogs and cats (pet food), birds, piglets, frogs, and fish.

1. It can produce feed in various shapes for cattle, sheep, dogs, fish, cats, and other animals.
2. Pre-processing the feed reduces nutrient loss and increases the protein content, making it easier for animals to digest.
3. This production line uses raw materials such as corn flour, wheat flour, low-temperature soybean meal, rice bran, and wheat bran.
4. It utilizes a steam and electricity design to achieve high yield, low energy consumption, and reduced bacteria.
5. All machines in this production line are made of stainless steel, featuring a rational design and a high degree of automation. The screw is made of alloy steel, has a modular structure, and features a self-cleaning function.

 

Production Process

 

1. Mixer: Mixes raw materials such as corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, fish meal, meat meal, grain flour, and additives with water in a specified proportion.
2. Screw Conveyor: A motor-powered screw conveyor delivers the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder. This equipment offers convenient and efficient feeding, saving labor and efficiency.
3. Twin-screw Extruder: Under high temperature, high pressure, and high shear conditions, the raw materials undergo structural changes before being extruded through dies of various shapes and sizes. The feed extruder utilizes advanced variable frequency speed control technology, offering greater energy efficiency and more precise speed regulation. The motor current and speed are clearly displayed on the inverter panel during operation.
4. Pneumatic Conveyor: Conveys the produced feed pellets to the multi-layer drying equipment.
5. Multi-layer Oven: Ovens are available in electric, gas, and steam ovens, operating at temperatures ranging from room temperature to 120°C. The baking temperature and speed can be set via the control cabinet. The oven's mesh belt is made of stainless steel, ensuring smooth conveying and a low failure rate. Feed pellets circulate on a multi-layer S-shaped track to dry and remove moisture, extending shelf life.
6. Spray seasoning: oil spray, food attractants, etc.
