Pelleting is the process of pressing the pre-treated raw materials into granules through the pelletizing machine. In this process, the raw materials are fed into the pelletizer and gradually formed into granules through compression and friction. At the same time, the feed pellet mill also controls the size, shape and hardness of the pellets by adjusting parameters such as pressure, temperature and moisture.
Finally, there is the cooling and packaging process. After pelletizing, the pellets need to undergo a cooling process to reduce their temperature and increase their stability. These granules are then fed into a packaging machine for packaging to facilitate transportation and use. Throughout the pelletizing process, all aspects need to be strictly controlled for quality and safety. At the same time, the process and technical parameters need to be continuously optimized in order to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. Only in this way can we produce high-quality and high-efficiency feed pellet products to meet market demand.
