Raw Material Processing System
Automatic batching silos: Support independent storage of multiple raw materials, such as corn, soybean meal, and premixes, and utilize precision metering devices to ensure batching accuracy.
Grinding Equipment: Equipped with a water droplet grinder or a forage coarse grinder to adapt to the pre-treatment requirements of different raw materials (such as grain and straw), and equipped with a pulse dust removal device.
Cleaning and Screening: A combination of magnetic separation and vibrating screens removes metal impurities to ensure raw material purity.
Mixing and Conditioning Module
Twin-shaft paddle mixer: Provides high mixing uniformity (short mixing cycle) and supports simultaneous spraying of liquid additives.
Conditioning System: Regulates moisture and temperature through temperature control to improve starch gelatinization and nutrient retention.
Pelletizing/Expanding Equipment: A ring die pelletizer or twin-screw extruder with adjustable die aperture and screw speed produces pellets or extruded feed.
Post-Processing System: Includes cooling, drying, and oil spraying equipment, creating a closed-loop production process.
