For stubborn oil stains, add a small amount of food-grade detergent, scrub, and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Place all cleaned parts in a well-ventilated, dry place to air dry, or use a heat gun at a low temperature to dry them, ensuring no moisture remains-residual moisture can easily lead to rust and bacterial growth. After drying, check the cleanliness of each part, especially the die orifice and screw surface of the extruder, ensuring no residue or stains. Then, assemble the equipment in the reverse order of disassembly. After assembly, run the equipment unloaded for 3-5 minutes to check for smooth operation.
