The workflow of a small feed pellet production line is to first crush the raw materials such as straw, grass, and forage. A grass crusher or a grass shredder is needed. Then, corn, wheat bran or similar grains are crushed. A hammer crusher is needed. After these raw materials are crushed, they are mixed and stirred. After the mixing is completed, it is conveyed to the feed pellet machine through a conveyor and granulation begins. The granulation is very fast and the material can be discharged in a while. If the output is small, it can be directly dried, packaged after drying, and stacked in the warehouse. If the output is relatively large, the feed pellets that come out need to be cooled by a cooler, then dried, and then packaged by a packaging machine, and then placed in the warehouse. In this way, the entire feed pellet production process is over from crushing to granulation to packaging.

The length and thickness of the feed pellets produced by the small feed pellet production line can be adjusted. Choose different grinding discs and the apertures on the grinding discs according to your needs. Small animals use small aperture grinding discs, and large animals use large aperture grinding discs. Choose according to your needs. Based on the principle of circular motion, the template and roller are made of high-quality alloy steel with special treatment. The main shaft and flat die drive the roller to rotate under the action of friction. The material is gelatinized at high temperature between the roller and the template, and the protein coagulates and denatures. It is discharged from the die hole under the pressure of the roller. The finished particles are sent out of the machine through the throwing plate. The length of the particles can be adjusted by the incision.
