(1) Uneven feed temperature at the conditioner outlet

① Is there any agglomerated feed attached to the inside of the conditioner? ② Are the steam pipeline accessories working properly, such as pressure reducing valve, steam trap, stop valve, etc.? ③ Make sure that the steam nozzle is unobstructed, especially at the manual regulating valve, so that an equal amount of steam can continuously enter the conditioner.

(2) The temperature is sufficient, but the humidity is insufficient

① Reduce the steam pressure entering the conditioner, but pay attention to the position of the pressure reducing valve must be ≥4.5m above the conditioner, generally 4.5~6m, and the size of the steam pipeline must be sufficient to transport the required amount of steam under such low pressure. The diameter of the steam pipeline inlet of the conditioner is generally 80~100mm. ② If the moisture content of the raw material is too low and the humidity does not meet the requirements after conditioning, consider adding water to the main mixer.
2. Extruder
(1) Unstable load on the main machine
① Is the feed control system of the feeder normal (frequency converter); ② Are there any arched feed blocks in the feed adhering to the screw and the shell; ③ Are the extrusion screw and the extrusion chamber close together; ④ Are the raw materials and the additive liquid completely mixed in the extrusion chamber; ⑤ Is the dry steam supply sufficient (dramatic pressure changes, water droplets condensed from the steam pipeline or water droplets brought from the boiler).
