How To Process The Feed Pellet Production Line?

                    The first step in making pellets is to crush corn, soybean meal and some large pellet feed and mix them together. This process is actually the same as crushing with our own home crusher. After crushing, it is put into the mixing machine. After mixing, it is put into the granulation bin to wait for granulation. During granulation, it must be matured under steam at 75-85 degrees Celsius, and then granulated in a granulator. Everyone should note that this is the advantage of granular materials.

                    The moisture requirement of pellets is 14.5%, which is durable for storage. Generally, our own homes cannot meet this moisture requirement. The process flow of pellet feed machinery is roughly as follows: batching-measurement-crushing-mixing-conditioning-granulation-packaging. Batching refers to weighing the raw materials in the batching bin according to the needs of the formula and transporting them to the waiting bin. Materials and premixes with small amounts can be manually added, and then enter the waiting bin. The quality of ingredients directly affects the ingredient accuracy of the product.
