The feed pellet machine mainly consists of five parts: feeding system, seasoning system, pressing system, cooling system and electrical control system.
1. Feeding system:
The feeding system includes a feeding device and a feeder. The feeding device feeds the raw feed into the feed port of the pellet machine, while the feeder controls the speed and amount of feeding to ensure the stable operation of the pellet machine.
2. Seasoning system:
The seasoning system mainly includes a seasoner and a lubricating device. The seasoner is used to add some necessary additives, such as vitamins, minerals, etc., to improve the nutritional value of the feed. The lubricating device is used to provide lubricating oil to the various moving parts of the pellet machine to reduce wear and friction.

3. Pressing system:
The pressing system is the core part of the feed pellet machine, mainly including a mold, a pressing wheel and a pressing shaft. The mold is a tool used to shape the feed pellets, while the pressing wheel and the pressing shaft are used to apply pressure to press the raw feed into pellets.
4. Cooling system:
The cooling system is mainly composed of a cooler and a fan. The cooler is used to cool the hot feed pellets that have just been pressed to prevent the pellets from overheating and deformation. The fan accelerates the cooling speed of the pellets by blowing air.
5. Electrical control system:
The electrical control system includes motors, electric control cabinets and instruments. The motor provides power to drive the various components of the pellet machine; the electric control cabinet is used to control the start and stop and speed regulation of the pellet machine; the instrument is used to monitor and display the working status and parameters of the pellet machine.
