1. Puffing effect

Uniform particle size, bright and consistent color, good water resistance; floating aquatic feed can remain in water for 10 hours without collapsing, or sinking aquatic feed can remain in water for 3 hours without collapsing, etc.

2. Investment price

3. Service life
Due to the different materials and structural characteristics of fish feed production machines from different manufacturers, the service life is also different. Therefore, when choosing a floating fish feed making machine, you should pay attention to the wear resistance of some wearing parts and whether the structural design is reasonable; in addition, you must also consider whether the puffing equipment can truly achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. For micro-crushed raw materials, the wearing parts are more likely to wear. In this case, it is more reasonable to choose a single-screw extruder.
