1. Before debugging the pellet feed production line, the first task is to be familiar with the entire process and deeply understand the functions and effects of each specific equipment.
2. During the debugging process, the operating status of each equipment should be evaluated one by one, and the crushing particle size of the crusher corresponding to the die hole of the pelletizer used should be understood. The particle size control of the raw material is crucial. It should not be too coarse or too fine, but should be controlled within an appropriate range. It is recommended to follow the following ideal particle size distribution:
A. The part with a particle size of more than 3.35mm should be controlled below 1%;
B. The part with a particle size of more than 2.0mm should not exceed 5%;
C. The part with a particle size of more than 1.0mm should account for about 20% of the total;
D. The part with a particle size of more than 0.5mm accounts for about 30% of the total;
E. The part with a particle size of less than 0.25mm should not be less than 20%;
F. The part with a particle size of more than 0.25mm accounts for about 24%.
