Feed production line equipment: pelleting process of pellet machine
Leave a message
1. Types of pellet machines:
There are different types of pellet machines, mainly including extrusion pellet machines, flat pellet machines, drum pellet machines, etc. Different types of pellet machines are suitable for different raw materials and production needs.
2. Raw material preparation:
The first step in the pelleting process is raw material preparation. The mixed feed raw materials need to ensure uniform composition, suitable humidity and temperature. Various ingredients in the raw materials, such as protein, fat, fiber, etc., affect the quality of the final feed pellets.

| Model | Capacity | Power | Dimension | Weight |
| 125 | 80-100kg/h | 3kw | 110*35*70 cm | 95 kg |
| 150 | 120-150kg/h | 4kw | 115*35*80cm | 100 kg |
| 210 | 200-300kg/h | 7.5kw | 115*45*95cm | 300 kg |
| 260 | 500-600kg/h | 15kw | 138*46*100cm | 350 kg |
| 300 | 700-800kg/h | 22kw | 130*53*105cm | 600 kg |
| 360 | 900-1000kg/h | 22kw | 160*67*150cm | 800 kg |
| 400 | 1200-1500kg/h | 30kw | 160*68*145cm | 1200 kg |
3. Feeding and extrusion pelleting:
Extrusion pellet machine: For the extrusion pellet machine, the raw materials are heated and extruded at high pressure, and pellets are formed through the extrusion of the die hole. The force of extrusion makes the raw materials form the desired shape and density in the die.
4. Cooling:
The pellet temperature after pelleting is high, and it needs to be cooled by cooling equipment. The cooling process helps to solidify the pellets and increase the hardness of the pellets.
5. Screening:
The cooled pellets need to pass through screening equipment to remove the pellets that do not meet the specifications to ensure the uniformity and quality of the feed.
6. Packaging and storage:
The final feed pellets are packaged and labeled through packaging equipment.
