This feed pellet production line mainly includes raw material crushing, mixing, conveying, pelleting and packaging multi-function in one, advanced design, simple structure, wide applicability, small area, low noise.
The feed production line can process different materials. Corn bran, soybean meal and other grain concentrate and corn stalk, peanut stalk, clover and other raw materials of coarse fiber can be formed at one time or mixed in different proportions.
The feed pellet machine can be equipped with various sizes(from 2mm to 8mm) of molds to produce different size pellets, which can be used to various ploutry, such as chicken,pig,cattle,rabbit,shrimp,fish etc.

Main function of Each Machine
| 1. | Hammer mill | Crushing various kinds of pellet raw material such us corn, sorghum, wheat, bean, etc into powder. |
| 2. | Feed Mixer | Mix several different materials thoroughly,prepare for the feed pellet mill. |
| 3. | Storage Silo with screw feeder | Used to store some materials.There are raw materials in the silo feeding the pellet machine when the mixer is under mixing, which ensures the pellet machine produce continuously; Equipped with spiral feeder, variable frequency motor. The feeding speed is adjustable, fully matching the granulation speed of the feed granulator, and reducing the energy consumption of the feed pellet mill; |
