Traditional poultry feed processing has high requirements for raw materials and is difficult to use unconventional raw materials such as crop straw and food processing by-products (such as distiller's grains and soybean dregs). However, the poultry pelletizing production line, through pretreatment (crushing to 80-100 mesh) and mixing processes, can mix processed straw powder, distiller's grains, etc. with concentrated feed in proportion to form pellets. For example, adding corn straw powder (after silage and drying) at a ratio of 20%-30% to laying hen feed not only does not affect feed quality, but also reduces dependence on high-priced raw materials such as soybean meal and corn, reducing feed costs by 80-120 yuan per ton. At the same time, it realizes the resource utilization of agricultural waste, which is in line with the development trend of green farming.
