Before the large-scale fully automatic feed pellet machine makes feed, the raw materials should be strictly selected and a scientific feed formula should be designed. When installing the machine, the machine should be installed steadily, the power supply should be connected, and the parts of each part should be checked for looseness, whether the tightness of the conveyor belt is moderate, and the balance between the wheel axle and the grinding disc should be adjusted. Before the automatic feed machine works, ensure that the bulk material is configured in a certain proportion and stirred evenly.

After the full-automatic feed pellet machine is used, it is necessary to ensure that the floating and sinking on the surface of the equipment and the dirt on the ring die sleeve are cleaned regularly, and the residual feed in the ring die sleeve cavity is removed. Regularly check the ring die, pressure wheel, cutter, paddle, transmission belt and other wearing parts, and adjust or replace them in time to ensure the pellet machine works normally and effectively. It should be noted that after processing 1000 kg of pellet feed, the die plate needs to be turned over to effectively avoid a short service life.
