The typical extruded aquafeed production line process includes:
Crushing of raw materials:
Remove rope ends, metal impurities and other foreign objects to ensure the safety of the raw materials. Then crush the raw materials.
Mixing and conditioning:
The moisture and temperature of the material are adjusted through the temperature control system.
Granulation equipment:
Fish feed extruder is the core process of the entire production line. It adopts wet or dry process, supports floating/sinking feed switching, and improves starch gelatinization.
Post-processing and packaging:
After the particles are cooled, they are sprayed with functional additives, sieved to remove broken particles, and finally packaged and stored.
