How to operate the fish feed extruder correctly?

Operation process of feed extruder
1. Cleaning: Before using the feed extruder, clean the equipment first to avoid contaminating the raw feed.
2. Adding: Add the cleaned raw feed to the cooker and add an appropriate amount of water according to a certain proportion.
3. Start: Start the feed extruder, adjust the temperature and pressure, and wait for the extruder to preheat.
4. Slag discharge: Slag the steamed feed to remove impurities and imperfect particles generated during the production process.
5. Finished product collection: Collect the processed finished feed.
Precautions for feed extruder

1. The feed extruder should ensure the dryness of the raw materials, and the size of the feed should be uniform to ensure the granulation efficiency.
2. When operating the feed extruder, the equipment must be ensured to work properly and relevant safety operation regulations must be followed.
3. The feed extruder generates a lot of noise and heat during the processing of feed. Ventilation equipment should be installed as much as possible to ensure the health and safety of the production environment.
4. When cleaning the feed extruder, its power supply must be cut off to avoid accidents and protect the life safety of the operator.
5. During the production process of the feed extruder, attention should be paid to keeping the equipment hygienic and clean to avoid excessive dust and pollution.
In short, the feed extruder is a very practical equipment with relatively more operating procedures and precautions, but as long as the correct equipment operation process is followed and the precautions are followed, the normal operation of the equipment can be guaranteed, the feed utilization rate can be improved, and production safety can be ensured.
