We all know that starch raw materials are better adhesion, like sun-dried straw crushed, granulation does not need to add other adhesives to achieve the effect of granulation. But pasture or sawdust such raw materials, lignification is more serious, the production of particles is not up to our requirements, so we need to go with the feed ingredients.

                  The size of the raw material before pelletizing is better than 3mm, if it is greater than 3mm, it is recommended to use the feed mill for crushing before pelletizing. The moisture content of raw materials is best controlled at 12% -18% or so, if the water content is too large solute leading to soft and shapeless feed particles, water content is too small, it is relatively dry, the production of loose particles, and a lot of dust. So if it is straw, pasture and other raw materials, it is recommended to reasonable drying, control the excessive loss of water.
