What is the basic principle of Feed Pellet Mill?

                   The Feed Pellet Mill works on the principle that the raw material is loaded into a silo, transported by the feed extruder screw, where the relative density of the pellet material is doubled, and fed into the nipping angle of two extruder rollers. Depending on the horizontally placed (or vertically placed) press rolls, the raw material is extruded into flakes. It is possible to choose press rolls with different surface structures according to the characteristics of the material, to change the number of teeth on the surface circle, the total width of the journal grooves and the depth of the journal grooves, as well as the speed ratios of the press rolls.
                    According to the automatic pressure maintaining linear shape of the hydraulic control valve, the required working pressure of the material is sent to the press rollers, and the parallel arrangement of the press rollers can ensure the consistency of the relative density of the material.
