Reasons for feed pellet mill not discharging pellets?

                     There are many reasons why the feed pellet mill does not produce pellets, such as improper compression ratio of the mold. Different materials require different compression ratio molds. Choosing a regular large manufacturer will start with individually customized to the customer's needs. Generally, this problem does not occur. If the material is not discharged, check the compression ratio of the lower mold. If it is not appropriate, replace the material mold.

                      The material has a high crude fiber content. There are different models and powers of granulators. For different models of granulators, the granulation requirements are different. Some granulators are suitable for special pressing of coarse fibers, and some granulators are suitable for special pressing of fine fibers. If you choose a small pelletizer to press coarse fiber material, this is the reason why the pelletizer does not unload. The solution is to talk to the manufacturer and replace the pelletizer.
