                 The mold platen and pressure roller are badly worn. The die platen and pressure roller are the main and wearable attachments of the pelletizer. If the attachments are deteriorated or malfunctioning, they can also cause the pelletizer to fail to discharge. If it is a newly purchased pelletizer, you can determine the problem by seeing which parts are not working. If it is a pelletizer that has been in use for many years, it means that the parts are deteriorating. Simply replace the parts.
