What should I do if the feed pellet mill is clogged?

                  The reasons for the feed pellet machine plugging, 1. deflection scraper wear uneven distribution of materials; 2. pressure roller wear; 3. a one on the pressure roller stuck; 4. deflection scraper assembly position error; 5. feed moisture content is too high. Remedy: 1. replace the deflector scraper with a new one; 2. replace the pressure roller with a new one; 3. check the pressure roller; 4. reassemble the deflector scraper; 5. reduce the moisture content.

                 If the temperature rise of the head of the spindle of the feed pellet mill is too high, the cause of the failure: 1. The clearance of the spindle bearing is too small. Remedy: 1. Properly relax the compression nut. Safety pin shearing Failure causes: 1. There are hard foreign objects entering inside the pelletizing chamber. Remedy: 1. Remove the foreign matter and replace the safety pin.
