1. Ensures balanced and stable feed nutrition.
During the pellet production process, a precise batching system mixes corn, soybean meal, vitamins, minerals, and other raw materials in scientific proportions, preventing uneven nutrient intake caused by picky eaters in feed-based farming. Furthermore, the conditioning and pelleting processes reduce the loss of nutrients (such as vitamins), ensuring consistent nutritional content in each pellet, which provides a foundation for uniform poultry growth.
2. Improves feed utilization and reduces breeding costs.
After high-temperature conditioning (in a double-layer conditioning and pelleting machine), pellet feed increases starch gelatinization and protein denaturation, making it easier for poultry to digest and absorb. This results in an 8%-15% higher feed conversion rate than powder feed. Furthermore, the pellets are dust-free and scatter-free, eliminating feed waste during transportation and feeding (reducing the waste rate from 5%-8% for powder feed to 1%-2% for pellets), directly reducing feed costs for the poultry farming end-user.
