Feed production line
It is actually not difficult to equip a complete set of feed production equipment. Even a novice can figure it out by following these steps.
Step 1: Calculate your needs. For example, how many tons of feed do you want to produce per day? Will it be used to feed pigs, chickens, fish, or shrimp? Depending on the volume and intended use, the size and style of equipment will vary greatly. You'll also need to consider the size of the plant and the availability of sufficient power, which will influence your subsequent equipment selection.
Step 2: Select core equipment based on your production sequence. First, give the raw materials a "cleaning" by using a primary sieve to remove rocks and weeds, and then using a permanent magnet to remove iron slag to prevent damage to the equipment. Next comes the crushing process, which breaks down hard materials like corn and soybean meal. When selecting a crusher, consider the hardness of the raw materials; for hard materials, use a powerful hammer-type.
Next comes batching and mixing, which is the most critical step. Multiple raw materials are combined according to the correct ratio using an automated batching hopper, which is both convenient and precise. Then, the materials are mixed in a mixer to ensure uniform nutritional quality in every bite. Next, pelletizing is performed. A pelletizer presses the raw materials into small cylinders, cools them in a cooler, and finally, screens the pellets to obtain the desired quality.
Step 3: Don't forget to add auxiliary equipment. The workshop is dusty, so installing a dust collector makes work more comfortable and environmentally friendly. After the pellets are finished, they're weighed and packaged using an automatic packaging machine, saving time and ensuring standardization. A simple control system is also installed, allowing users to monitor machine performance on a screen and generate alarms if any problems arise.
The final step is installation and commissioning. The manufacturer will send someone to set up the equipment, connect the wiring, and test the machine to see if it's running smoothly and whether the pellets are uniform. Basically, production can begin.
This process, from raw materials incoming to finished products out, is seamless and easy to understand, ensuring smooth production.

Hammer Mill
Feed grinder is a special equipment used to process crop straw, grain, soybean meal and other raw materials into powdered feed. It belongs to the category of crushing machinery and is mainly used in feed processing, biomass energy and straw comprehensive utilization.
Screw Conveyor
Used for conveying grain and powdery raw materials, sealed structure, reliable, clean, hygienic, no residue.

Stainless Steel Mixer
Stainless steel mixer is suitable for mixing powdered raw materials, with high efficiency and fast mixing speed, suitable for small-scale feed.
Feed Pellet Machine
Feed pellet machines are widely used in large, medium and small livestock and poultry farming. They can produce feed pellets of various specifications with simple structure, wide adaptability, small footprint and low noise.

cooler
Feed cooler is a cooling equipment that adopts the countercurrent cooling principle. The particles are cooled fully and evenly. It runs smoothly and discharges smoothly.
packer
The device mainly consists of three parts: automatic weighing and packaging machine, conveying device and sewing device. It is mainly suitable for quantitative packaging of granular and granular powder mixed materials.
