Main parts
Screw: It is the main part of the extruder. The parameters that indicate the screw structure include diameter, pitch, root diameter, helix angle and blade cross-sectional structure. The aspect ratio of the extrusion component and the gap between the screw and the inner wall of the extruder chamber also have a great influence on the performance of the extruder.
Discharging die: It is the last checkpoint for the product to pass through the extruder. It has a great influence on the shape, texture, density, appearance, characteristics of the product and the production volume of the extruder.

The bearing box part is mainly composed of the bearing box, main shaft, bearing, sleeve, left and right end caps, sealing ring, round nut. The oil filtration cooling system is mainly composed of oil pump, cooler, oil filter, valve, connecting pipe fittings, etc.
After the equipment has been running for a period of time, the bearing wears out. The clearance of the bearing needs to be adjusted;
Steam flows back into the feeder, causing the feeder to be blocked;
The raw material processing extruder often gets stuck due to the lack of modulation and processing.

Different puffed materials have different pressure, temperature and spiral configuration requirements. The spiral in the puffing chamber should be adjusted accordingly, and the corresponding materials should be processed according to different needs.
