Feed Production Line Is An Indispensable Part Of Modern Animal Husbandry

The feed production line is an indispensable part of modern animal husbandry, and the feed produced can provide comprehensive and balanced nutrition for livestock and poultry, and improve their production performance and health level. Feed production lines typically include steps such as ingredient cleaning, crushing, mixing, pelletizing, packaging, and storage.

First of all, the raw materials need to be cleaned and screened to remove impurities and raw materials that do not meet the quality standards to ensure the quality and safety of the product. The raw materials then need to go into a shredder for crushing and mixing. The shredder crushes the raw material into a particle size suitable for production. Next, the raw materials are mixed through the mixer, so that different raw materials are mixed together according to a certain ratio to form a balanced feed formula.

Pelleting is the core link of the feed production line, the mixed raw materials are added to the pellet mill, and the raw materials are pressed into solid pellets by rotation and compression, making them easy to store, transport and use. In the granulation process, certain binders such as starch or fat need to be added to help the raw materials form uniform and tightly structured particles. The pelleted feed can be pressed to varying degrees according to the taste and digestion of different animals.

Finally, the pelleted feed needs to be packaged and stored. Feed lines typically weigh, pack and seal feed to avoid spoilage due to factors such as air, moisture or ozone. The environment in which the feed is stored needs to be kept dry, ventilated, protected from light and clean to ensure that the nutrients of the feed are not compromised and to extend its shelf life.

In short, the construction of feed production line requires professional technology and production experience. A high-quality feed production line can make feed manufacturing more efficient and healthier, thus providing a better diet for livestock and poultry.
