How To Debug The Feed Pellet Machine?

Before debugging, we should check the operation of a specific equipment one by one, and understand the crushing particle size of the crusher that matches the die hole of the pellet machine used. The raw material particle size should be fine, but not too fine. It is best to have coarse, medium and fine. The ideal particle size distribution is recommended as follows:
A. Particle size above 3.35mm ≤1%
B. Particle size above 2.0mm ≤5%
C. Particle size above 1.0mm is about 20%≥>
D , about 30% of the particle size above 0.5mm
E, the particle size below 0.25mm shall not be less than 20%
F, about 24% of the particle size above 0.25mm

3. Before debugging, wash the warehouse first to remove the stones and welding slag left during installation;
4. Before debugging, check whether the steam pipeline system used has good pressure reduction and drainage functions to ensure the dry and saturated tempering steam required for granulation, and to ensure that there is always 0.058-0.4MPA steam after the pressure reducing valve;
5. Before starting the pelletizing machine, the distance between the roller and the ring die should be adjusted. Generally, when the ring die is turned, the roller seems to turn but not turn (i.e. the distance between the roller and the ring die is 0.1~0.4MM optimal). The distance between the ring die and the roller must not be adjusted too small to cause direct friction. This will not only accelerate the wear of the ring die and the roller, but also reduce the unit output during production;
6. When starting the pelletizing equipment, the feeding amount should not reach the maximum instantly. A small amount of material should be added while a small amount of steam should be added for about 5-10 minutes to make the feeding amount reach the ideal value (i.e. the motor current value is 85~95% of the rated current value during normal production).
