How To Make Feed Pellets With A Feed Machine?

Feed pellet production steps
The first step in making feed pellets is to select suitable raw materials. Feed pellets are generally made of a mixture of coarse grains and powdered grains. The following points should be noted when selecting:
1. Coarse grains: You can choose high-protein plant coarse grasses such as corn, wheat, bean cake, and feed protein to ensure balanced nutrition.
2. Powdered grains: Generally, starch materials such as soybean powder, rice, and corn flour are selected. Pay attention to controlling the starch content, otherwise it may cause indigestion in ruminants.
Crush the raw materials into powder and mix different raw materials together. When mixing, the proportion of different raw materials should be controlled according to the formula to ensure balanced nutrition.
Add the mixed feed pellets to the feed pellet machine for pressing. The press is generally used to press the mixture into pellets of uniform size for animals to digest.
Put the pressed pellets into the dryer for drying to achieve an appropriate moisture content. Generally speaking, the moisture content of the finished pellets should be controlled at around 12%.
