1. Poor pellet formation
Possible causes include excessively high or low raw material moisture, mold wear, and uneven feeding. Solutions include adjusting the raw material moisture content and replacing the mold promptly to ensure uniform feeding.
2. Equipment blockage
This is often caused by poor feeding or an undersized mold aperture. Clear the blockage, adjust the feed rate, and select appropriate mold specifications.
3. Insufficient pellet hardness
This may be due to insufficient roller pressure or inadequate temperature control. Adjust the pressure or increase the temperature, but be careful to avoid overheating that could damage the equipment.
4. Low production efficiency
Possible causes include improper equipment adjustment, inadequate raw material preparation, or inadequate equipment maintenance. Optimize operating procedures and regularly maintain equipment to ensure raw material quality.

What equipment does a complete feed pellet production line include?
Raw material crusher (hammer type)
Function: Crush corn, soybean meal, straw and other raw materials into powder to improve pellet pressing efficiency.


Mixer (horizontal/vertical)
Function: Mix the crushed raw materials, additives and nutrients evenly to ensure the consistency of the granule formula.
Feed pellet machine (core)
Function: Press the mixed feed raw materials into standard pellets, with high forming rate and convenient feeding. We have diesel and motor models for you to choose.


Cooling machine (optional)
Function: The temperature of the pellets is high when they just leave the machine, and cooling can prevent them from deformation and mildew, which is suitable for mass production.
