What equipment does a complete feed pellet production line include?
Raw material crusher (hammer type)
Function: Crush corn, soybean meal, straw and other raw materials into powder to improve pellet pressing efficiency.
Mixer (horizontal/vertical)
Function: Mix the crushed raw materials, additives and nutrients evenly to ensure the consistency of the granule formula.
Feed pellet machine (core)
Function: Press the mixed feed raw materials into standard pellets, with high forming rate and convenient feeding. We have diesel and motor models for you to choose.
Cooling machine (optional)
Function: The temperature of the pellets is high when they just leave the machine, and cooling can prevent them from deformation and mildew, which is suitable for mass production.
Screening equipment (optional)
Function: Screen out unformed particles and powder to improve the yield and particle uniformity.
Packaging machine (optional)
Function: Automatically weigh and package particles, improve efficiency, and be suitable for commercial sales.
