When operating the extruder, lubrication management is an indispensable part. Proper lubrication can not only extend the service life of the equipment, but also ensure the smooth progress of production. Therefore, we have formulated the following lubrication measures and requirements:
Regularly check the oil level of the main engine oil tank to ensure sufficient oil. If refueling is required, choose appropriate lubricating oil and add it as required.
During the operation of the main engine, pay close attention to the lubrication of each lubrication point to ensure good lubrication. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and treatment.

When replacing the screw configuration, the screw, pressure ring, bushing, adjustment gasket and other parts need to be thoroughly cleaned and coated with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil for easy disassembly and assembly.
Through these lubrication measures and requirements, we can better protect the extruder and ensure its long-term and stable operation.
The lubrication of the main bearing is mainly lubricating oil, and its lubrication effect is crucial. In order to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the bearing, the lubricating oil in the bearing seat and the oil tank must be replaced regularly. The first oil change should be carried out after the equipment has worked for 500 hours, and all the oil should be replaced. Thereafter, the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly once a year to maintain its good lubrication performance.
In addition to the main bearing, other parts of the equipment also need to be lubricated regularly. Every 48 hours of operation, grease should be injected into the bearings at both ends of the feeder housing, the conditioner reducer, the bearings at both ends of the conditioner housing, the main motor of the extruder, and the motor of the cutting device. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the oil cup refueling port on the side where the feed extruder chamber is connected to the bearing seat to ensure proper lubrication.
