When replacing the screw configuration, be careful and gentle to avoid hitting the screw, expansion chamber and bushing. At the same time, the end faces of each screw, pressure ring, bushing and adjustment gasket should be thoroughly cleaned, and lubricating oil should be applied to the main shaft after cleaning to facilitate disassembly and assembly.
During the production process, the continuous supply of materials must be maintained to avoid the problem of machine blockage caused by material interruption or sudden increase in material volume. At the same time, the supply of steam volume also needs to be relatively stable.

Regularly check whether the actual current of the main machine is consistent with the display of the ammeter, and pay attention to the tightness of the main machine belt. Usually, a force of 29 kg is applied to the midpoint between the two pulleys to press down one of the belts. It is advisable that the belt drops 14 mm (basically the thickness of one belt). Otherwise, it needs to be adjusted in time.
If the host cannot be started due to an accidental blockage, the following measures can be taken to solve it: first try to disassemble the last section of the expansion chamber and then start the host; if it does not work, use a special tool to put on the lever or disassemble the main motor cover, and manually rotate the main pulley in the forward and reverse directions; if it still cannot rotate, it is necessary to disassemble the expansion chambers one by one to clean the blocked material.
