Second, the operation process of feed pellet mill
1. Check the equipment: Before starting the operation, you should check whether the parts of the feed pellet mill are intact and undamaged, especially the key parts such as molds, press wheels and bearings, to make sure that the equipment is in normal condition.
2. Prepare raw materials: according to the breeding needs, choose suitable raw materials, such as corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, etc., and mix them according to a certain proportion. Pay attention to the moisture content of raw materials, should not be too high or too low.
3. Start the equipment: add the raw materials into the silo, start the feed pellet mill, and observe whether the equipment is running normally. If there is any abnormal sound or vibration, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

4. Adjust the mold: according to the need to produce different sizes of pellet feed, adjust the size of the hole of the mold. The adjustment of the mold is crucial to the shape and quality of the pellet feed produced.
5. Control the pressure of the press wheel: the pressure of the press wheel is the key factor affecting the hardness and molding effect of the pellet feed. According to the characteristics of raw materials and production requirements, adjust the pressure of the press wheel appropriately.
6. Observe the production situation: during the production process, the shape, size and hardness of the pellet feed should be checked regularly, and the parameters of the equipment should be adjusted timely if there is any abnormality. Meanwhile, pay attention to observe the running status of the equipment to prevent blockage or overload.
7. Shut down and clean up: when the production task is finished, you should turn off the power first, then clean up the residual raw materials and pellet feed inside the equipment to keep the equipment clean. At the same time, check whether all parts of the equipment are normal, ready for the next production.
