(1) The machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned after each use to prevent residual feed from rotting and deteriorating in the machine, affecting the next pelleting. Generally, it can be rinsed with water for 15 to 20 times.
(2) Select appropriate power in strict accordance with the instructions. Insufficient power affects the pelleting effect and output; excessive power will accelerate the operation of the machine, accelerate wear and consumption, shorten the service life of the machine, and waste electricity, bringing additional costs.
(3) Each time the machine processes 1,000 kilograms of feed, the die plate needs to be turned over to extend the service life of the machine.
(4) The surface of the pellet feed machine needs to be cleaned regularly. The floating and sinking of the machine surface and the feed particles are not conducive to processing and production. At the same time, it is necessary to check and add lubricating oil regularly to ensure that the machine is in good working condition.

(5) The residual feed in the ring die sleeve cavity should be removed in time.
(6) Before the feed machine works, fill the oil filling mark on the eccentric shaft of the two rollers with lubricating oil.
(7) Regularly check and maintain all parts of the machine for damage, handle faults in time, adjust and replace damaged parts in time to ensure the normal operation of the pellet feed machine.
(8) The maintenance of the pressure wheel and transmission parts must be strictly implemented, and do not reduce their maintenance due to fear of trouble. Generally, the bearings must be cleaned every 2 to 5 working days and properly filled with high-temperature resistant grease to increase their service life. If the pressure wheel is found to be worn, a new pressure wheel belt can be replaced, or the entire set of pressure wheels can be replaced. If there are loose bearings, locked bearings, etc., the bearings should be replaced or the entire set should be replaced.
(9) Always pay attention to whether there is oil leakage in each component to avoid malfunctions and contamination of feed.
